Job Description
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation.
- Support payroll preparation and administer employee benefits and leave tracking.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace regulations.
- Assist in organizing staff training, development, and performance reviews.
- Participate in employee engagement, recognition, and wellness programs.
- Handle disciplinary actions and assist in resolving workplace conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.
- Prepare HR-related reports for management and audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels using manual logs or inventory software.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish items as needed.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
- Track and report inventory usage, shortages, damages, and returns.
- Ensure inventory is stored properly and organized to prevent loss or damage.
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to support inventory accuracy.
- Generate inventory reports and assist with audits or inspections.
- Identify and address stock discrepancies or variances promptly.
- Follow company policies for stock control and inventory handling procedures.
- Assist in setting minimum/maximum stock levels and reorder points.
Education and Work Experience:
Requirements:
- Experience in inventory control, stock management, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with inventory software.
- Understanding of supply chain processes and inventory turnover principles.
- Physical ability to conduct stock counts and move goods when required.
- Knowledge of safety and storage regulations.
