Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of boiler systems to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for boilers, burners, pumps, valves, and associated mechanical systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintenance checklists to minimize downtime.
- Monitor boiler efficiency, pressure, temperature, and emissions to identify deviations and recommend technical adjustments or upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including OEMs, supply chain, service, and execution units to ensure timely maintenance and spare part availability.
- Provide technical expertise for boiler revamp and retrofit solutions, including system redesigns, upgrades, and lifecycle improvements.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of boiler spare parts, specifications, compatibility, and performance standards.
- Support the planning and execution of installation, commissioning, and operational readiness of mechanical systems and retrofit projects.
- Conduct root cause analysis of mechanical failures and recommend engineering solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal engineering protocols.
- Prepare and update technical documentation such as service reports, maintenance logs, and equipment manuals.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in boiler and thermal systems.
