Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new users, merchants, and partners in your assigned region
- Promote product awareness and adoption through community outreach and local engagement
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Represent the company at local events, meetings, and networking opportunities
- Gather and relay market feedback to inform product development and strategy
- Provide weekly reports on activities, leads, and outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree (any field)
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
- Knowledge of the fintech or digital payments industry is an advantage
- Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using digital tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
