Job Summary




  • We are seeking a creative, analytical, and tech-savvy Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. 

  • The Digital Marketer will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating leads, engaging audiences, and driving business growth through effective online strategies.



Position Responsibilities




  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.

  • Create and manage content calendars, develop engaging posts, monitor engagement, and grow followers across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

  • Develop digital content strategies and produce high-quality content (blog posts, videos, newsletters, graphics) aligned with brand messaging and marketing goals.

  • Optimize company website and landing pages for search engines (on-page and off-page SEO). Monitor site performance and recommend improvements to increase traffic and user engagement.

  • Design and implement lead generation strategies through paid and organic channels; manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention.

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms. Provide actionable recommendations based on data.

  • Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI.

  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints. Assist in online reputation management and brand monitoring.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations; apply best practices to campaigns.

  • Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Creative teams to align digital initiatives with broader business goals.

  • Perform other job-related duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.



Educational Requirements




  • The candidate should have at least, BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Mass Communications or a related field.



Core Competencies:




  • Have a minimum of 5-7 years post NYSC experience as an Internal Auditor.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising tools.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking with a strong eye for design and content quality.

  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

  • Project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
