The Program Manager - Grants & Projects oversees the planning, implementation, and reporting of funded programs and projects. This role ensures that all activities align with donor requirements, timelines, and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of grant-funded programs and special projects.
Develop work plans, budgets, and timelines for project execution.
Monitor project performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with donor guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
Support grant proposal development and donor reporting processes.
Track deliverables, risks, and results to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Project Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience managing nonprofit grants and projects.
Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
Familiarity with donor compliance and M&E frameworks.
