We are seeking a dynamic and creative Executive Marketer with proven experience in social media marketing to join our growing team.
This role requires a forward-thinking individual who understands current digital trends and can leverage social platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on with content creation, campaign management, performance tracking, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic social media marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Manage day-to-day content creation and scheduling across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok).
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual and written content.
Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize reach and ROI.
Work with other marketing team members on integrated campaigns and initiatives.
Respond to comments and direct messages, managing community engagement professionally.
Stay current with social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and reporting.
Support influencer collaborations and partnerships as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in a social media marketing role.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.), and content management systems.
Strong copywriting and content development skills.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
