Job Summary: 



We are recruiting for the position of Automobile Sales Executive on behalf of a reputable company specializing in fleet management solutions. The company’s offerings include vehicle tracking systems, SaaS subscriptions, and the supply of automotive lubricants. 



The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across these product lines, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's overall business objectives. 



Job Description and Responsibilities: 



This is a full-time hybrid role for an Automobile Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating B2B leads, building relationships and rapport with potential right fit operations, heavy large mobile asset, heavy customers/clients: tier 1- A level multinationals who can purchase 5 -10,000 mobile assets (vans, trucks, lorries, sedans, SUVs), have demo calls or F2F meeting, close big value transactions, and scout new business to drive sales revenue. The Automobile Sales Executive is expected to work on site at Lagos Office up to 75% and remotely up to 25% allowing time flexibility, management of self and work requirements- Our interest is in quality of work; not hours at work. 



Qualifications and Skills Required:  




  • Excellent communication and customer service skills  

  • Sound stakeholder management within Grade A, tier-1 Multinationals.  

  • Able to identify, connect, build and nurture quality relationship with key decision makers within identified customer persona & cluster in the Automotive Industry.  

  • Verifiable B2B sales capability  

  • Strong numeric ability  

  • Strong persuasive ability  

  • Solid Negotiation ability  

  • Able to turn objections around  

  • Customer mapping ability  

  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close good value deals  

  • Experience in sales management and training  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software: MsWord, Excel, Powerpoint, Zoho etc.  

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Admin., Marketing, Sales or a related courses  

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills  



Additional Requirements:  




  • Experience selling Vehicle tracking + Software as a Service SaaS solutions is a huge plus.  

  • 3-5yrs experience selling automobiles (vans, trucks, lorries, sedans, SUVs etc.) 

  • Any relevant automobile sales, business management certification will be an added advantage 

  • Salary is negotiable based on candidate’s profile, proof of work, skills & experience.
