Job Summary:



We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Export Operations Officer to support our marketing and export teams in organising export operations, local and international exhibitions. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in stand design coordination, product selection, quality inspection, logistics planning, and customer engagement to ensure successful brand representation and seamless export operations.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to align export orders with manufacturing schedules.

  • Assist the marketing team in organising and executing local and international exhibitions and trade shows.

  • Collaborate with the design team and marketing team to conceptualise and prepare exhibition stand layouts and visuals.

  • Liaise with the corporate branding and marketing teams to select appropriate products for exhibition displays.

  • Work closely with the QA/QC team to inspect and verify that all selected products meet export specifications and quality standards.

  • Coordinate and verify customer payment status before product export, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Support after-sales service processes for international clients in coordination with relevant teams.

  • Engage with the logistics team to determine the most cost-effective shipping methods and prepare shipping quotations.

  • Accurately measure product dimensions and verify container load plans (CBM) to ensure proper space utilisation.

  • Register new customer leads during exhibitions and ensure prompt entry into CRM or customer database.

  • Follow up with potential customers post-exhibition and prepare/send quotations in a timely and professional manner.



Qualifications & Skills:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing coordination, international sales, or logistics support is preferred.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD) is a plus.

  • Attention to detail, especially in measurements, documentation, and quality checks.

  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for exhibitions, branding, and international trade.

  • Willingness to travel for events and exhibitions if need be.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
