Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination of her schedule, correspondence, internal priorities, and external engagements. This role requires discretion, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to stay several steps ahead. You’ll help manage the CEO’s vision and execution across departments, partnerships, and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, travel, and communication flow with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Project Coordination: Track follow-ups and action points across departments to ensure CEO priorities are being executed.
- Stakeholder Management: Support correspondence with investors, partners, donors, and government stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Internal Communication: Help organize internal reports, strategy meetings, and performance reviews to align with CEO goals.
- Research & Briefings: Prepare talking points, investor briefs, and event notes in advance of meetings and public engagements.
- Execution Support: Ensure the CEO is always well-prepared, documents are ready, meetings are optimized, and next steps are tracked.
