We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our client acquisition and expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new construction projects and partnerships
Build strong networks with clients, consultants, developers, and public sector bodies
Lead bid preparations, proposal writing, and pitch presentations
Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence
Collaborate with internal teams to align project delivery with client expectations
Drive revenue growth and market penetration strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or client relationship roles within the construction or infrastructure sector
Knowledge of public procurement, tendering, and contract negotiation
Strong communication, networking, and persuasive skills
Existing network of construction industry stakeholders is an advantage.
