Job Summary




  • We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our client acquisition and expansion strategies.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new construction projects and partnerships

  • Build strong networks with clients, consultants, developers, and public sector bodies

  • Lead bid preparations, proposal writing, and pitch presentations

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align project delivery with client expectations

  • Drive revenue growth and market penetration strategies



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or client relationship roles within the construction or infrastructure sector

  • Knowledge of public procurement, tendering, and contract negotiation

  • Strong communication, networking, and persuasive skills

  • Existing network of construction industry stakeholders is an advantage.
