Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints or special requests.
- Marketing of products
- Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and assist with training.
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained.
- Oversee table settings, order accuracy, and food presentation.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen or suppliers for stock needs.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including daily reporting.
- Enforce restaurant policies, health regulations, and service standards.
- Support scheduling and delegation of tasks for efficient shift operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic administrative tools.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Experience in both front and back-of-house operations.
- Proficiency in handling POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
