Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless guest experiences, manage front office staff, and uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence. Proficiency in Opera Property Management System is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front office operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front office personnel to maintain high performance.
- Manage room inventory and collaborate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
- Handle guest complaints and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure accurate billing processes.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front office supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Opera Property Management System is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
