  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and management, with the ability to support strategic decision-making and drive sustainable growth.



Key Responsibilities:



Financial Strategy and Planning:




  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.

  • Prepare and manage the company’s budget, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.

  • Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis.



Accounting and Reporting:




  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax-related matters.



Data Analysis and Insights:




  • Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends.

  • Support the management team with data-driven decision-making.



Cash Flow Management:




  • Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize working capital.

  • Oversee investments and financial risks, ensuring optimal returns.



Team Leadership:




  • Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.



Qualifications and Skills:




  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, ideally in a lifestyle or retail company.

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
