Responsibilties




  • Assist in the planning and coordination of project schedules, resources, and logistics.

  • Support procurement activities including vendor communication, inventory tracking, and material delivery follow-ups.

  • Maintain and organize operational records such as timesheets, purchase orders, and job status reports.

  • Prepare and process invoices, job costing sheets, and other documentation for review.

  • Liaise between field engineers, technical teams, and administrative departments to streamline workflow.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding documentation and site operations.

  • Assist in tracking project deliverables and deadlines.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and team briefings.

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

  • Monitor the use of equipment and supplies within the office and field teams.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in an operations or administrative support role (experience in an engineering or technical environment is a plus)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
