- Planning and coordinating all workshop activities, including scheduling appointments and allocating tasks to technicians
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe and efficient workshop environment
- Training staff on new technology or machinery, workshop procedures, and safety protocols
- Communicating with clients about vehicle problems, maintenance plans, and repair options
- Managing inventory of tools, parts and equipment, and ordering new supplies as needed

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Workshop Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of mechanical aspects of vehicles
