Job Description
Responsibilities
- Reconcile the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
- Manage financial reports using income and expenditure accounts.
- Manage the company’s finances using the company’s financial accounting software.
- File and remit taxes and other financial obligations.
- Carryout payroll duties.
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Prepare budget forecasts and publish financial statements in time.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments and deposit.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information, pricing, customer information and other sensitive information.
- Maintain and manage all Procurement activities.
Job Specification
(Education/Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Required Details)
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Accounting experience.
- Must be female.
- Previous experience with filing taxes returns.
- ICAN certification (not mandatory).
