Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with SLOT’s standards and timelines.
- Develop and execute the SLOT expansion roadmap, including defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, set realistic deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and evaluate overall project performance.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify strategic locations for new store setups.
- Design 3D layouts and floor plans for proposed store locations in line with brand specifications.
- Assess risks related to construction and store operations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and adherence to best practices in construction and renovation techniques.
- Supervise store revamp and renovation projects as directed by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in construction, retail project management or a similar role.
- Strong background in retail expansion, construction planning, and site selection.
- Proficient in project management tools and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project).
- Excellent budgeting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously across various location
