Responsibilities




  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the customer support team to identify common issues and suggest improvements.

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback loops to continuously enhance support quality.

  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by maintaining a friendly and professional tone in all communications.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.



Qualifications




  • Currently enrolled in the NYSC program and actively seeking a place of primary assignment.

  • Strong flair for customer relations, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments with a customer-first mindset.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
