  • Deveop and execute social media strategies that support the hotel's overall marketing direction.

  • Create original, high-quality content — including written posts, visuals, videos, reels, blogs, and graphics.

  • Organize and maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Interact actively with followers by responding to messages, comments, and tags in a timely, professional manner.

  • Track performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to guide content improvement.

  • Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns, allocate budgets effectively, and evaluate return on investment (ROI).

  • Build and grow a loyal online community through consistent engagement.

  • Research competitors and industry trends to identify fresh opportunities for growth and visibility.

  • Develop engaging email newsletters, promotions, and call-to-action campaigns to drive customer interest and bookings.



Requirements




  • HND / BSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing (preferably in hospitality).

  • Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills.

  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut).

  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
