Responsibilities
- Organizing meetings: PAs help with planning, coordinating, and executing meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes.
- Travel arrangements: They book flights, hotels, and transportation, and create detailed itineraries for travel.
- Administrative tasks: This includes preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, managing files, and ordering office supplies.
- Running errands: PAs may be responsible for personal errands, such as shopping or picking up dry cleaning.
- Financial management: They may assist with managing personal finances, including bill payments and budgeting.
- Event organization:PAs can assist with planning and coordinating events, both personal and business-related.
- Managing household staff: In some cases, PAs may oversee household staff and manage household affairs.
- Managing schedules and calendars: PAs are responsible for booking meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars to ensure efficient use of time.
- Handling communication: This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Communication and Liaison:
- First point of contact: PAs act as the primary point of contact for their employer, handling inquiries and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Discretion and confidentiality: PAs must maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Effective communication skills: They need excellent communication skills to handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.

Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years of work experience.
