Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day office activities and operations.
- Maintain proper filing systems, records, and documentation (physical and electronic).
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documents as required.
- Handle office supplies, procurement, and inventory management.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with event planning.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure office equipment and facilities are well-maintained.
- Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant administrative or office management experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Knowledge of administrative tools like Trello, Asana, or Google Workspace.
- Experience supporting HR, procurement, or finance functions.
- Familiarity with workplace compliance and documentation.
