Key Responsibilities




  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day office activities and operations.

  • Maintain proper filing systems, records, and documentation (physical and electronic).

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documents as required.

  • Handle office supplies, procurement, and inventory management.

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with event planning.

  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure office equipment and facilities are well-maintained.

  • Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant administrative or office management experience.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.



Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)




  • Knowledge of administrative tools like Trello, Asana, or Google Workspace.

  • Experience supporting HR, procurement, or finance functions.

  • Familiarity with workplace compliance and documentation.
