You’ll be joining a fast-paced, mission-driven team committed to improving access to quality healthcare in emerging markets

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, accessible, and impactful user experiences.

  • Conduct user research to uncover pain points, opportunities, and behaviours that guide your design decisions.

  • Perform competitive analysis to understand how others solve similar problems and identify gaps or opportunities for differentiation.

  • Translate insights into clear user journeys, flowcharts, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.

  • Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all user touchpoints.

  • Run usability tests to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.

  • Communicate your ideas clearly through documentation, presentations, and specs.

  • Partner with engineering to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing digital products (web and mobile).

  • A strong portfolio that showcases your design process, systems thinking, and final results.

  • Experience with tools and software like Figma, Miro, Maze, Jira, and Confluence.

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and apply findings to your designs.

  • Experience doing competitive analysis and using insights to influence product direction.

  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.

  • Experience collaborating with engineers for seamless design handoffs.

  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with product and engineering.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Nice to have:
