Key Responsibilities:




  • Identify and address operational challenges, driving solutions that enhance efficiency and profitability.

  • Streamline end-to-end production processes, ensuring timely delivery of bespoke pieces while maintaining the highest quality standards.

  • Oversee inventory, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to guarantee a seamless and sustainable flow of materials.

  • Develop and implement scalable operational systems and procedures.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, including production, design, logistics, and customer service.

  • Ensure continuous staff development and training to maintain expertise in luxury fashion standards.

  • Identify growth opportunities while managing risks effectively.

  • Oversee customer service operations to ensure a superior bespoke client experience.

  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

  • Ensure consistent alignment between client expectations and service delivery.

  • Drive innovation within operations by adopting emerging technologies and best practices in the fashion industry.

  • Implement digital tools to optimize production tracking, customer communication, and supply chain visibility



Key Requirements:




  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is typically required

  • 1–3+ years of experience managing operations, preferably in the luxury or bespoke fashion industry.

  • Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant digital tools

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization and issue resolution

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, sales, and procurement teams
