Key Responsibilities




  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and supplies.

  • Ensure proper storage of items according to company and safety standards.

  • Monitor stock levels and alert management of low or excess inventory.

  • Issue materials and supplies as per request or approved requisitions.

  • Maintain updated and accurate inventory records (manual and/or electronic).

  • Conduct regular stock-taking and reconciliation.

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.

  • Assist in the preparation of inventory reports for management review.

  • Prevent loss, damage, or theft of stock through proper handling and security.



Requirements




  • OND / HND or equivalent in Store Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

  • Good knowledge of inventory management and basic bookkeeping.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory software.

  • Honest, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
