Main Duties

Your duties will include but not limited to:




  • Onboarding massive distribution networks across the Northcentral region for Lontor sales business;

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate key accounts

  • Oversee, develop new business and ensure profitability;

  • Negotiate and close agreements with large key customers

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of Outside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Manage and monitor sales performance, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape, recommending improvements and growth.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts;

  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;

  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

  • Carry out team management and other duties as assigned by management Lontor.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in related fields with 6 - 9 years work experience.
