Main Duties
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Onboarding massive distribution networks across the Northcentral region for Lontor sales business;
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate key accounts
- Oversee, develop new business and ensure profitability;
- Negotiate and close agreements with large key customers
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Outside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and monitor sales performance, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape, recommending improvements and growth.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts;
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Carry out team management and other duties as assigned by management Lontor.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in related fields with 6 - 9 years work experience.
