Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is a leading real estate firm known for delivering top-notch property solutions across Nigeria. We are currently expanding and seeking a smart, organised, and professional Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic team at our Aba Branch.
Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for our company, the Front Desk Officer will provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, manage front office operations, and support administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests professionally and promptly.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor tags).
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Support other staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be female.
- Must be staying around Faulks Road, or its nearby environment.
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and attitude.
