Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, system and procedures in line with company values.


• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews.


• Create and implement effective onboarding plans and facilitate inductions for new recruits.


• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.


• Coordinate and develop training and development plan.


• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.


• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.


• Organize and coordinateperformance management processes

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with experience.


• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
