We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles, with a focus on the Oil and Gas / Marine sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling descriptions
Verify qualifications, certifications, and conduct background checks
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication
Manage and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
Support employer branding efforts and enhance company visibility
Assist with HR administrative tasks and generate recruitment reports
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3 - 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Oil & Gas / Marine sectors
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and ATS systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in social media and online recruitment platforms.
