Job Description






We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating activities, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for the MD



Requirements:




  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.

  • Excellent time management and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in google workspace or Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Male is preferred for gender balance

  • Must be able to drive and also have a valid driving license

  • Should reside in Lagos State
