Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer to help grow and promote our service-based projects. This role is responsible for expanding awareness, building strategic partnerships, and directly sourcing clients and participants for our projects
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients for our projects.
- Promote the foundation’s services to schools, hospitals, therapy centers, parent groups, and community organizations.
- Identify and engage potential referral partners (e.g. doctors, educators, NGOs, disability advocates).
- Organize presentations, outreach events, and info sessions to increase visibility.
- Maintain a strong understanding of both programs’ offerings to effectively communicate value to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with communications and program teams to create promotional materials, content, and outreach campaigns.
- Track client acquisition metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
- Provide regular reports on outreach activities, client leads, and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Work, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in business development, community engagement, client relations, or program outreach.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Passion for working with children with special needs and their families.
- Knowledge of the local health, education, and social services landscape is a plus.
