Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive you are responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build relationships with potential clients
Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
- Highlight property features, benefits, and value
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service
Negotiation and Closing:

- Close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
Market Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, prices, and regulations
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit sales reports
- Track sales performance and progress
Team Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
