Maintain and update the company’s ISO quality management system. Ensure that all processes and documentation are in compliance with ISO standards. Coordinate and facilitate ISO certification and surveillance audits.( QMS ISO 9001:2015 and OH&S 45001:2018)

Plan, schedule, and conduct internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system. Identify areas for improvement and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency
Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance processes, ISO standards, and best practices. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality standards
Address customer complaints and inquiries related to product quality. Investigate and resolve quality issues in a timely and effective manner. Communicate with customers regarding quality improvements and corrective actions
