Key Responsibilities:




  • Source, negotiate, and purchase equipment, materials, and services in line with Media Trust standards.

  • Manage supplier relationships and maintain an up-to-date digital vendor database.

  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, adhering to budget and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.

  • Ensure compliance with Media Trust’s procurement policies and industry regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and prepare regular reports to the Group Executive Director Corporate Services.



Qualifications and Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a procurement role. Experience in media, broadcast, or a related industry could be an advantage.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Professional certification such as Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) National Procurement Certification Program (NPCP) etc is an added advantage.
