Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase equipment, materials, and services in line with Media Trust standards.
- Manage supplier relationships and maintain an up-to-date digital vendor database.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, adhering to budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with Media Trust’s procurement policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and prepare regular reports to the Group Executive Director Corporate Services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a procurement role. Experience in media, broadcast, or a related industry could be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Professional certification such as Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) National Procurement Certification Program (NPCP) etc is an added advantage.
