Responsibilities




  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

  • Support customer retention efforts by delivering outstanding service and building rapport.

  • Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers and suggest relevant solutions.



Requirements
