Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Male Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, tech-savvy, and capable of anticipating the needs of the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and travel
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested by the executive
- Handle confidential documents and ensure proper filing and organization
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and off-site engagements
- Monitor emails, respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate, and follow up on action items
- Track and manage expense reports, reimbursements, and office supplies for the executive
- Provide project support and help drive execution on key deliverables
- Perform general office duties, including documentation, filing, and data entry
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Well-groomed, professional demeanor, and presentable at all times
- Willingness to travel or work flexible hours when required
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Familiarity with hospitality or corporate environments
