Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety, ensuring a superior dining experience, and driving profitability.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and a positive customer experience

  • Supervise and train front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring adherence to service standards

  • Monitor inventory, place orders for food, beverages, and supplies as needed

  • Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and handle attendance/biometric reporting

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations

  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

  • Track sales, control costs, and meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets

  • Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure quality control, timely service, and menu consistency

  • Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract and retain customers

  • Prepare and present regular reports on operations, staff performance, and revenue



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3-5 years’ proven experience as a Restaurant supervisor or in a leadership role within the food service industry

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, and financial controls

  • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems (e.g., Omega software), and biometric attendance tools

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed



Preferred:




  • Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants

  • Basic accounting and budgeting knowledge

  • Food safety and hygiene certification
