• As a Graphic Designer at Ruff 'n' Tumble, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity and creating compelling designs that resonate with our target audience.


• You'll be responsible for a wide range of creative projects, from website assets and social media graphics to marketing materials and in-store displays.

Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various platforms, including our website, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), email marketing campaigns, online advertisements, brochures, flyers, and in-store signage.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute design strategies that align with marketing objectives.


• Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.


• Create and manage image libraries and design assets.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.


• Prepare files for print and digital production.


• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.


• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and demonstrating your creative skills.


• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.


• A positive attitude and a team player spirit.


• Industry knowledge or interests of fashion trends, children's apparel, home decor etc will be a huge plus.
