  • As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the Abuja and Northern Nigeria region. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the successful execution of our sales strategies.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives.

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and coaching.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.

Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the children's wear or fashion industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building high-performing sales teams.

  • Strong understanding of the Abuja and Northern Nigeria retail landscape.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Proficiency in sales CRM and reporting tools.
