- Ensure correct documentation of information when creating parcel
- Process customers packages using correct details.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct and incompatibilities if possible and check output

- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
- Monitor and track the progress of shipment.
- Generate sales lead
Job Requirements
Candidate must have:
- 2-3 years experience as a Logistics officer or experience in logistic business
- Must possess an HND or B.Sc in degree from recognize institute
- Ability to multitask and have good communication skill.
