Work Schedule: Mondays – Fridays 



Job Description: 



As a Sales Person, you will:




  • Promote and sell our land/property offerings

  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, DMs, and physical marketing 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients

  • Conduct site inspections and property tours 

  • Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets 

  • Provide feedback to improve marketing strategies



 Required Skill Set:




  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills

  • Confidence in handling objections and closing deals

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • Social media savvy (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training will be provided) 

  • Must be willing to learn and work as a team 



Salary & Compensation:




  • Monthly Base Pay: ₦75,000 – ₦100,000 (based on target met/achieved)

  • Commission: Up to 15% per closed deal 

  • Performance Bonus: Up to 75% Salary Increase Per Year (based on quarterly targets met) 

  • Transport Allowance: Support provided for marketing/site visits
