Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients to promote Asotech’s real estate services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of Asotech’s services and solutions to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
