  • We are on the lookout for three dynamic and driven Social Media Managers to take charge of our social media platforms and strengthen our digital footprint.

  • You will be in charge of growing and managing our brand’s presence across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.

  • Your responsibilities include creating engaging content, interacting with followers, and building a strong, loyal online community for Kumesoft Technology.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.

  • Create engaging and shareable content (text, images, and videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence.

  • Schedule and publish content in a timely and consistent manner.

  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback.

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.

  • Assist with basic photography tasks for social media content creation.



Requirements




  • Proven experience (minimum of 2years) managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations, YOSis an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create engaging and brand-consistent content.

  • Basic understanding of visual content creation and a willingness to learn and apply basic photography skills for social media purposes.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

  • Ability to analyze social media data and generate reports.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proactive and results-oriented attitude.

  • Must be willing to relocate to Minna, Niger State.

  • Must be available to resume immediately.
