Job Description






DUTIES: 




  • Develop and implement communication strategies to support project objectives.

  • Develop, manage, and publish engaging content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, and official reports.

  • Draft press releases, feature articles, and other media-related materials to enhance project visibility.

  • Monitor media coverage and manage timely responses to media inquiries.

  • Support communication plans for events, including the preparation of invitations, press kits, and promotional materials.

  • Support internal communication efforts to ensure project teams are well-informed and aligned.

  • Coordinate media relations and foster stakeholder engagement to strengthen project outreach.

  • Track projects communication activities and prepare detailed reports.

  • Provide recommendations to enhance communication effectiveness and audience engagement.

  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.



Requirements



QUALIFICATION:




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations or related field with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.



COMPETENCIES:



The ideal candidate must:




  • Demonstrate excellent writing, editing, and digital content creation skills.

  • Be proficient in managing social media platforms, as well as skilled in photography, graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing.

  • Exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Thrive under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment.

  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Be willing and able to travel for work-related assignments.
