Job Summary

• We're seeking a creative and experienced Content Creator with a background in healthcare to develop engaging content for our hospital.


• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and be able to craft compelling stories, social media posts, and other content that showcases our hospital's mission, values, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality content (written, visual, and video) that highlights the hospital's services, staff, and patients


• Create engaging social media posts, blog articles, and other content to increase online presence and patient engagement


• Collaborate with hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrators, to gather stories and information for content creation


• Utilize storytelling techniques to convey complex medical information in an accessible and compelling way


• Manage and maintain the hospital's content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content publication


• Analyze content performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in content creation (writing, videography, photography, or social media management)


• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting (previous employment or volunteering)


• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and issues


• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team


• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms


• Familiarity with video editing software and graphic design tools.
