Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of the logistics sales team.
- Identify new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies ton achieve set targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve team performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
