Job Responsibilities




  • Supervise the daily activities of the logistics sales team.

  • Identify new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies ton achieve set targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.

  • Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales satisfaction.

  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve team performance.



Qualifications and Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics sales or a similar role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
