  • Overseeing day to day operations of the Real Estate operations on properties site locations and ensuring the smooth work flow in the branch office.

  • To balance the existing gender ratio in the organization.



Responsibilities




  • Managing resources

  • Supervise staff members in the office and on site

  • Interface with clients and Realtors

  • Manage every department in the organization

  • Work closely with the Media department for content production and publication.

  • Developing and attaining sales goals.

  • Delivering customer service.

  • Growing the location's revenues

  • Preparing financial statements for the branch

  • Recruiting and interviewing new employees

  • Overseeing reports for budgets and financial reports

  • Creating plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs

  • Working to grow business and customer acquisition

  • Market Vacant properties.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration or related field

  • 4-5 years of experience.



Other Requirements:




  • Candidate must possess maximum level experience in the Real Estate terrane.

  • They must have indepth knowledge and experience on how to manage clients and realtors.

  • Candidate is expected to have high level of professionalism in managing thecrisis in theReal Estate industry.



Skill:




  • Maximum level of managing conflict with clients and realtors.

  • Maximum level of knowledge in managing real estate crisis.

  • Sufficient knowledge of the real estate market.

  • Sufficient knowledge about Government Policies and compliance in Real estate industry.

  • Proven skill in negotiation.
