Responsibilities

• Management of all drivers and attending to vehicle requests


• Analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions about the route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation’


• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, whether for transporting goods, people or hazardous materials, is essential.


• Generating daily pool allocation and usage reports


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of logistics activities.


• Ensure all pool vehicles are sufficiently filled with fuel.


• Assist in arranging monthly driver training


• Arranging the driver's vouchers for signatures


• Receive complaints from drivers and find possible solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years of hands-on Experience.


• Strong communication skills


• Leadership skills


• Knowledge of transportation regulations.


• Problem solving & geographical knowledge.
