- Initial review of lists of candidates to benefit from income-generating projects, seasonal projects, and sponsorships.
- Directing the submission of the case study to the system for final approval.
- Preparing periodic expenditures for sponsored persons and submitting them to the office accountant to complete the procedures.
- Auditing the data of the annual reports entered into the electronic system and approving them on time.
- Preparing statements and information about sponsored persons requested by various parties.
- Preparing and following up on the implementation of the periodic work plan
- Preparing individual reports for beneficiaries by category and according to the approved mechanism and ensuring that all data contained in the reports is up-to-date and accurate.
- Facilitating communication with and access to beneficiaries
- Preparing projects related to sponsorships and social care in general and referring them to the headquarters by the office director for approval.
- Supervising the implementation of approved projects and ensuring that the desired objectives are achieved and that they are completed within the specified deadlines and within the approved budget.
- Contributing to efforts to mobilize various types of support from various sources to benefit Qatar Charity's projects and services in the field of sponsorship and social care.
- Preparing achievement reports
- Daily follow-up and supervision of the progress of work with sponsorship supervisors and providing supervisors with lists of candidates
- Preparing and implementing social programs and projects according to the highest professional standards
- Providing social services to beneficiaries in accordance.
Job Requirements
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Education Science with 3 years work experience.
