Key Responsibilities




  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Create and publish engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels) across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads and influencer collaborations.

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), prepare monthly reports, and make data-driven improvements.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and emerging platforms.

  • Manage and grow online communities and followers.

  • Handle social media crises or PR issues when necessary.

  • Able to generate Leads and conversions from the prospect audience for the business.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).

  • Proficient in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

  • Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing is an added advantage.

  • Basic video editing skills for reels and TikTok.

  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.

  • Crisis management and community moderation experience.
