About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Marketing & Communication Executive who’s not just creative, but also data-driven and execution-focused. You will be responsible for planning and delivering compelling marketing campaigns, managing communication channels, and supporting business development initiatives to grow our visibility and reputation within the healthcare and emergency services space.

Key Responsibilities:
Content & Campaigns:
- Plan, create, and execute high-impact content and marketing campaigns (email, social media, press, web, etc.)
- Manage internal and external communications aligned with the company’s tone and mission.
Digital Marketing:
- Own and optimize our digital platforms (website, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to improve engagement, traffic, and conversion.
- Monitor and report performance using marketing tools and analytics.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
- Develop case studies, media kits, pitch decks, and other collateral that showcase the company’s work and impact.
Business Support:
- Support the BD and Sales teams with marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and event communications.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to amplify company milestones and client success stories.
PR & Media Relations:
- Manage media outreach, partnerships, and event visibility.
- Draft press releases and help secure thought leadership placements for the company.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, experience in healthcare, tech, or consulting is a plus.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with proven experience creating marketing content.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, social, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects without micromanagement.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Creative mindset, but with an eye for detail, structure, and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
